Ordering Information
PayPal - Secure online ordering is available through the PayPal service. This will allow you to order with your favorite credit card or by check. You will need to register with PayPal, it's simple and easy. You do not need to sign up for a PayPal credit card!! You register your favorite credit card and/or checking account and then you are ready to shop with any online merchant who uses PayPal. I have used it for years with not one problem.
If you place an order, PayPal will notify me that you have sent funds to Desert Designs. Upon my receipt of that notice I will e-mail (usually within a few hours) the electronic files for your smocking plates or patterns. If you have made a purchase for other merchandise, it will go out in the next days mail unless you are otherwise notified. I do not print smocking plates or patterns, they are always sent to you via e-mail for you to then save on your computer and print when ever you choose.
Check or money order - If you prefer to not pay for your order online, you can send me an e-mail containing the information about the items that you would like to purchase. Please also include your e-mail and/or postal mailing address. I will accept payment for those orders by check or money order which you can mail to me at the address below. Please be aware that I will hold all items to be shipped, whether actual merchandise or electronic downloads, until your check clears (usually 7 - 10 days). Orders paid by money order will be shipped immediately. Please note: I must have an e-mail address as I do not print smocking plates or patterns, they are always sent to you via e-mail for you to then save on your computer and print when ever you choose.
